Frequently Asked Questions
After purchasing, you'll receive a license key via email. Open RetailEase Pro, go to Settings > License, and enter your key. The software will activate automatically when connected to the internet.
Each license key is valid for one computer. If you need to use RetailEase Pro on multiple devices, you'll need additional licenses. Contact us for multi-device pricing.
Go to Settings > Backup & Restore. You can create manual backups or enable automatic daily backups. We recommend storing backups on an external drive or cloud storage for safety.
You'll receive reminders before expiration. After expiry, you can still view your data but won't be able to create new invoices. Renew your license to continue using all features.
Go to Settings > Printer Setup. Select your thermal printer from the list and configure the paper size (58mm or 80mm). Test print to ensure everything is working correctly.
Yes! Your data is stored locally on your computer with encryption. We don't have access to your business data. Only license verification requires an internet connection.
